Key Responsibilities
- Research and prioritize target accounts and industries in Germany (and Austria), identify key stakeholders, and build outreach lists.
- Run outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate meetings and qualify leads which includes events/exhibitions.
- Document all activity, learnings, and next steps clearly in HubSpot (or our CRM).
- Support the sales team by routing qualified opportunities to the right commercial owner (direct sales or partners).
- Help improve prospecting workflows, messaging, and tooling to make outreach more efficient and repeatable.
- Capture market feedback from conversations, track competitor activity and new use cases, and share insights with the commercial team.
- Support customer demos, events, and regularly travel within Germany.
Requirements
- Educational background in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related geospatial field
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
- The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners
- Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
- Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
- Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
- Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & German
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)

- Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals.
- Previous experience in working with image post-processing softwares like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica,Topcon, Trimble, ESRI
