The South Cone team is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Chile to manage strategic account. Looking for increase sales and market share in this territory.

What you will do...

You will be in charge of strategic accounts and channels to get the best performance from them, opening new channels to increase sales and market share of our solutions.

  • Search for, identify, and pursue new opportunities to promote Axis solutions within a designated territory in order to meet revenue objectives
  • Proactively arrange site visits, conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and speaking seminars for both new and existing customers
  • Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users on the benefits on the use of Axis solutions
  • Perform market research, conduct cold calls, and qualify new partners and end users
  • Independently create business plans and hold yourself accountable for following through on their execution
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, partner trainings, webinars and other promotional sales activities
  • Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers
  • Work cohesively in a team environment with both internal and external partners
  • Regularly utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, meetings, and register new opportunities
  • Use Salesforce to track and document your sales cycle as well as provide sales forecasting
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings to inform advances with the rest of the team, sharing and leveraging knowledge about the market

Physical demands:

  • Frequently required to lift 9-22 kgs, occasionally more.
  • Expected travel time for this position is between 30%-50%.
