- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs with an emphasis on market development
- Management her/his own funnel in order to Top Management to have a clear image of the opportunities’s status.
- Establish active communication and engagement to create new leads and sales openings
- Manage the entire sales cycle from to detect the opportunity until to capture a new deal
- Act as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Dedalus’ products & services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiation with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts) and closure of contracts.
- Explanation and demonstration of the products/solutions, thinking strategically with the customers (requires in depth knowledge of product line and its applications).
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Sales contact in hand-over from Sales to Services.
- Assist the Service Manager during proposal & negotiation phase for SMA’s.
