The Regional Sales Executive will help increase the momentum and growth trajectory of our unique benefits enrollment and administration platform.
How you'll make an impact:

Initiate and follow-up with customers and provide to sell or resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence and reports

Sell Benefit Express to health insurance brokers as well as direct to employers.

Meet the assigned quota on an annual basis.

Prepares and presents proposals, based on customer needs

Provides advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed

Attends sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the market place

Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Experience you'll bring:
-
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, documents and regulations.

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public

Skill and ability to meet people, listen and sell
-
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro-rata, percentages, and volume
-
Ability to apply concepts of basic accounting

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
-
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
-
Knowledge of computer skills. MS Office is preferred

Has territory management experience
Preferred experience you'll bring:

High school diploma and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree preferred

Industry experience and sales experience is preferred
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
