About the Job:

At ShopBack, we are revolutionizing the shopping experience by offering cashback rewards to millions of customers. As the Regional Sales Enabler, you will be instrumental in enhancing the performance of our sales teams across 12 markets. You will develop best practice templates and resources that drive sales efficiency and provide strategic insights to empower our business development efforts. Collaborating closely with BD teams, designers, product teams, and marketing, you will ensure our sales processes are optimized for success.


In this role, you will enable our sales teams by providing the tools, insights, and resources they need to excel. You will have a hands-on approach to creating playbooks and training materials while also being a strategic partner to ensure alignment across departments. Your creativity and understanding of the sales cycle will allow you to add value at every stage, helping to design and implement merchant strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Develop and implement scalable, user-friendly GTM templates that enable sales teams to enhance joint business discussions and driving sales efficiency across 12 markets.
  • Design and execute go-to-merchant strategies, including lead generation events and internal sales initiatives.
  • Analyze the sales cycle to identify opportunities for optimization and deliver actionable insights that add value to the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with business development teams, marketing, product teams, and designers to align on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Create playbooks, training materials, and resources that empower sales teams to effectively communicate ShopBack’s value proposition.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives across departments.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to track performance metrics and improve resource effectiveness.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Sales Enablement Expertise – 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to add value at every stage. Passionate about empowering sales teams and driving growth through innovative solutions.
  • Creative Skills – Strong creative experience is a plus, with the ability to design engaging pitch and training materials and resources.
  • Analytical Skills – Proficient in analyzing data to derive insights that drive sales performance and decision-making. Strategic in your approach, with a focus on optimizing sales processes and enhancing team performance.
  • Training – Strong coaching and training abilities, with experience developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Stakeholder Management – Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on Resource Creation – Ability to be strategic while also being hands-on in creating resources, templates, and playbooks for the sales team.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge – Familiarity with the eCommerce landscape, particularly in terms of sales strategies and merchant engagement.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and the dissemination of information across teams. A collaborative team player, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Project Management – Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Sales Tools – Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms to track metrics, manage resources, and improve processes.
