Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and executing sales strategy, driving new business development, and expanding existing client relationships across the New England region.
- Manage and coach a team of sales professionals and producers, ensuring alignment with company goals, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Lead with deep insurance brokerage experience, a strong network in the region, and a proven track record of team leadership and revenue generation.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related industry, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams across multiple locations
- Deep understanding of commercial lines, employee benefits, and specialty insurance products
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CLU) preferred
- Strong knowledge of the New England insurance market and business landscape
