Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing a small regional sales team in cyber security
- Proven background and experience in IT cybersecurity with a vendor is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Understanding of cybersecurity products and services (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity and access management, secure Wi-Fi, MDR, NDR).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM salesforce.com
- Ability to travel in ASEAN as needed.
