Are you a proven sales leader ready to build and scale a high-impact commercial organization in one of the world’s most dynamic regions? We are seeking a Regional Sales Director – North Asia to lead the transformation of our business across China, Japan, and South Korea.

About NCH China  

In China, NCH has three subsidiaries with professional production sites and R&D centers. Our Lubrication business unit is proud to provide customers with a full range of high quality products, designed to help customers reduce downtime, parts replacement and labour costs to ultimately save them money. NCH China also offers customers value added services such as product industry application solutions, equipment and technical consultation, all designed to be a one stop shop for our customers Lubrication needs.

About the Role

This is a field-intensive, growth-oriented leadership role for a builder—someone who thrives on scaling teams, developing leaders, and adapting business models in complex international markets. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth, developing corporate/strategic account capabilities, and shaping a high-performance culture that can scale sustainably.

This role exists to:

  • Build a high-performing leadership team from the ground up
  • Adapt proven sales models to local market realities
  • Introduce new growth levers such as corporate and strategic accounts
  • Establish a leadership culture capable of sustaining rapid expansion

What You’ll Do

1. Build & Scale Leadership

  • Design scalable management structure across North Asia
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop managers and regional leaders
  • Set accountability, performance expectations, and succession plans

2. Field-Intensive Leadership

  • Lead in the field and travel regionally
  • Coach teams through pre-call planning, joint visits, and debriefs
  • Reinforce sales standards and execution discipline

3. Corporate & Strategic Accounts

  • Launch corporate/strategic account approach
  • Identify multi-market opportunities
  • Coach teams on enterprise-level selling and partner with global leadership

4. Business Model Adaptation

  • Adapt sales coverage, team structures, and market strategies
  • Implement innovative approaches for growth

5. Commercial Execution

  • Drive growth aligned with global strategy
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Monitor KPIs for revenue and productivity

6. Culture & Leadership Development

  • Build a coaching-led, performance-driven culture
  • Lead through change and ambiguity
  • Develop leaders capable of scaling the organization

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in sales leadership or business growth across multiple countries
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales teams in complex, international markets
  • Field-oriented, hands-on leader with high cultural awareness across China, Japan, and South Korea
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate or strategic account development
  • Strong P&L understanding, commercial acumen, and strategic execution skills
  • Servant leadership style with exceptional people development and coaching capabilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively (multi-week regional trips, extended in-market stays)
