Role Overview
The Regional Representative – West Africa will serve as the company's lead representative in the region, driving business growth, overseeing operations in Lagos, and strengthening the company's market presence. Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will develop and execute regional growth strategies, build strategic partnerships, lead the local business development team, and ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the Lagos office while supporting the company's expansion across West Africa.

What You'll Do
Lead the company's commercial growth and market expansion across West Africa by developing and executing regional business strategies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other key stakeholders while driving high-value business opportunities.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lagos office, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the local Business Development team, driving performance, accountability, and achievement of commercial targets.
Report directly to the Director by providing business performance updates, market insights, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
8–12 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, country management, or regional operations within a B2B environment.
Proven ability to develop business strategies, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing commercial teams.
Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a track record of driving business growth.
Commercially driven, highly organized, and willing to travel across Nigeria and the West African region as required.
