With innovation, quality and logistics as the backbone of the company, Sourceability’s cutting-edge products and services expedite the procurement process across a wide range of industries, including communications/cellular, consumer electronics, and auto manufacturing.

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Product Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales  team, working remotely or hybrid across EMEA.

As our Regional Product Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will play a crucial role in growing our franchised supplier business across the region. You will own a portfolio of supplier lines, become the go-to expert on them, and turn that expertise into revenue: training our sales teams, building campaigns with our supplier partners, and helping customers' engineers land the right parts in their designs. It is a role with real visibility, sitting between our suppliers, our sales organization, and our global engineering support team.

Our goal is to have a sophisticated team equipped with expert technical skills in addition to keen business acumen. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer. Sourceability is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry.

Insight on your impact:

  • Act as the EMEA product champion for an assigned portfolio of franchised suppliers, coordinating closely with supplier partners on strategy, joint campaigns, and opportunity development.
  • Drive the promotion and market visibility of our franchised lines across EMEA, working with regional sales and business development teams to identify and develop customer opportunities.
  • Build and execute a marketing plan for each assigned franchise with clear objectives, target accounts and segments, win strategies, timelines, and owners.
  • Enable the sales organization through structured training on the franchised portfolio, covering supplier positioning, product families, competitive differentiation, and target applications.
  • Support design-in and demand creation by providing technical product guidance and solution positioning aligned to customer requirements.
  • Deliver cross-reference and alternative part recommendations in partnership with our global FAE organization in India, ensuring accurate and competitive solutions for customers.
  • Create and maintain product collateral, presentations, competitive comparisons, and technical marketing content for customer and internal use.
  • Track POS, design-win, and sales data for assigned lines to monitor performance and market share, and bring clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor technology trends, end-market developments, and competitor activity across key EMEA sectors (automotive, industrial, medical, IT and communications) and share insights with the business.
  • Partner with Purchasing and Planning teams to align demand forecasts and inventory positions for franchised lines.

Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical/field marketing within the electronic components industry (semiconductor or passive manufacturer, franchised distributor, or manufacturer's rep firm).
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting franchised supplier lines, including working directly with supplier partners on joint plans and campaigns.
  • Enough technical depth to discuss product families, key specifications, and target applications credibly with customer engineers and FAEs.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver sales training and enablement content.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn sales, POS, and market data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, comfortable presenting to sales teams, suppliers, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures and time zones (EMEA sales, global FAE team in India, suppliers, purchasing).
  • Self-directed and organized, able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:
Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Management.
  • Experience running design-in, design registration, or demand creation programs.
  • Knowledge of EMEA end markets such as automotive, industrial, medical, and communications.
  • Additional European language skills (for example German, French, or Italian).
  • Experience managing outside agencies for campaigns, market research, or content.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborative and vibrant work culture
  • Hybrid work setup
  • Employee recognition and rewards program
