Commercial Excellence…. Regional Execution:
The incumbent will optimize the product portfolio and drive efficiency across the region. Utilizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, he/she will enhance capital efficiency and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-specific solutions and ensure production efficiency. Additionally, he/she will implement regional pricing strategies, streamline the portfolio, and optimize the raw material strategy to support the segment's growth objectives.Responsibilities Include:

- Leverage and exploit Product Lifecycle Management tools (PLM) to optimize product portfolio and reduce complexity
- Support Commercial team to identify market opportunities strengthening our competitiveness and profitability
- Drive efficiency projects across regions in line with our global segment strategy
- Analyze upstream market dynamics to discuss market competitiveness with the commercial team
- Execute regional pricing strategy, drive portfolio simplification & process standardization
- Improve overall asset utilization and simulate future production capacity in line with Segments’ growth plans
- Consider global tariff implications & define raw material strategy with Sourcing and the business for timely execution
- Lead efforts to eliminate structural bottlenecks along entire value-chain
- Balance conflict between flexibility, simplification & value optimization
Product Portfolio Management - Execution:
- Optimize profitability by managing the product life cycle (PLM) by subsegment in the region
- Strong partner for Commercial in the region to increase competitiveness
- Outline opportunities for profit optimization in the region through simplification (cost-out), standardization (interchangeable) and specialization (quality; customization)
- Manage pricing, including regional contracts considering global pricing structure & market dynamics

- Fluent English required
- Several years (5+ years) experience in the Silicone Industry
- Commercial or Operations background
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and persuasively convey business needs
- Demonstrated strong financial acumen to analyze data and make sustainable business decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments that have conflicting metrics
- Ability to scope with a fast-paced environment and complete assignments according to deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market dynamics and entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of organization skills and ability to organize, plan and document tasks
