Manager, Security Products and Solutions
Overview
This role owns the end-to-end security product lifecycle in China - from market insights and product strategy, to go-to-market execution, and ongoing optimization - working closely with regional security product teams, sales, and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership• Own the security product strategy and roadmap for China, aligned with global, regional direction and local market needs.• Define clear product positioning, target segments, and value propositions for China.• Act as the primary product owner for security products in China, accountable for product success and adoption.• Enable sales and specialist teams with clear messaging, materials, and guidance.• Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Specialist teams to drive product adoption and revenue.• Support customer engagements, including key deals, escalations, and executive discussions where product expertise is required.• Track product performance and adoption metrics, and continuously optimize based on results and feedback.• Support pilots, launches, and scaled rollouts of security products in China.
What We're Looking For• 8-12+ years of experience in fraud management or product management.• Proven experience owning products end-to-end, from strategy through execution.• Strong understanding of the China market, including regulatory and ecosystem dynamics.• Ability to operate independently and manage complex trade-offs.• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
