We’re looking for a Regional Procurement Specialist, based in Panama City, responsible for managing the procurement process for Logistics and Engineering Projects across Latin America.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for engineering projects and logistics
- Request and analyze proposals and quotations, prepare price comparisons, and present options to stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage contracts in collaboration with the legal team to ensure compliance and secure optimal commercial terms
- Manage strategic suppliers and develop new ones, aiming to optimize costs and improve quality
- Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical specifications and international contracts
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Senior profile with extensive experience in procurement, including logistics services, civil works materials, and/or supplies for engineering companies
- Academic background preferably in Engineering or Logistics
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English, with strong verbal communication skills for interacting with global teams. Portuguese is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (data analysis), and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Valid driver’s license and up-to-date passport
- Availability for hybrid work: three on-site days per week at Panama Pacifico
