Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Regional Procurement Lead - Africa where you will be responsible for leading a team of buyers and specialists that focus on our growth and sustainability strategies, ensuring we continually aim to achieve best in class within supply chain, quality and pricing. This role will focus on onshoring and in country Africa value ensuring we develop a supply chain that is fit to support our customer sites.
This role serves as the intermediary between the regional function, collaborating closely with the global category team, supplier quality, supply chain and our internal customers to fulfil all business requirements

What you’ll do as a Regional Procurement Lead - Africa:
Own key relationships with key internal customers and stakeholder, drive collaboration with category management team.
Responsible for implementation of category strategies for region.
To develop and lead the procurement team delivering against local, regional and global requirements.
Development and support sourcing activities that drive value and sustainability, including but not limited to supplier evaluation and selection, market analysis, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
Owner of all associated activities to close out any risk reporting and management from READ, P2P policy and other controls.
Manage procurement budget and key financial objectives for the team.
