Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at AMADEUS CWA, you will be the key point of contact for our clients—developing strategic relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to align client needs with business goals, and play a vital role in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop existing accounts for the assigned small to medium customers, based on procedures defined.
• Monitor satisfaction, identify new opportunities and propose solutions to improve customer profitability/efficiency.
• Identify specific requirements and expectations for existing clients.
  Ensure that new products, product enhancements and overall solutions are developed and implemented within the agreed time frame.
• Monitor business costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Language: English and French
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Experience in [insert relevant industry or software tools, if needed].
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
