Role Purpose
The Regional Performance Management Analyst is a high-impact Business Partner responsible for delivering performance management analysis across Lines of Business and geographies, providing business partnering support and meeting key stakeholder needs.
The role integrates Line-of-Business, Country, and specialist insights to deliver accurate Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Forecast and Month-End Close outputs, while providing timely and actionable analysis that supports the business decision-making process.
This role operates in an evolving environment where routine data gathering, reconciliations, recurring commentary, and standard report generation are increasingly automated, standardized, or agent-enabled.
The Regional Performance Management Analyst needs to be able to effectively work in such a changing environment, with less focus on data procurement and consolidation and an increased focus on working in a digitally enabled performance management environment, delivering meaningful analysis, enriched with insight.
The Regional Performance Management Analyst is expected to interpret key business drivers, evaluate scenarios, surface risks and opportunities, and guide decision-making.
Success in the role depends on combining strong finance judgment with digital fluency, adaptability to evolving tools and processes, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Effective Business Partnering: Support DFOs and country teams during Forecast, Annual Plan, and Strategic Plan cycles by translating business drivers, trends, insights, risks & opportunities into financial impacts.
Support a Month-End Close process that is increasingly standardized and automated, reducing manual rework and cycle time.
Demonstrate a structured, logical and organized thought process in the execution of the work.
Operate PRF (Premium Roll Forward) as a performance management discipline and incorporate it into all Forecast reviews.
Digital & Agent-Enabled Working
Demonstrate agility with digitally enabled tools.
Work effectively with emerging agent-enabled capabilities for data extraction, commentary drafting, variance triage, and workflow support, while applying sound finance review and judgment.
Leverage reporting, planning, and analytics technologies to automate recurring work and improve insight generation.
Determine where human intervention adds the most value versus where tasks should be standardized, automated and/or delivered in a self-service environment.
Promote disciplined use of data, controls, and model governance in a digital environment.
Act as an AI Champion within the team, driving adoption and sharing best practices.

Identify actionable improvement opportunities in Fiscal Close, Forecasting, and Management review cycles.
