We’re seeking an experienced and self-motivated Partner Enablement Manager to lead global enablement programs for our NA partner ecosystem.

In this unique role, you’ll work directly with senior leaders - including CEOs of partner organizations - to enhance collaboration, drive growth, and strengthen performance across regions. You’ll operate autonomously in a fully remote environment, managing complex regional & global programs.

You’ll be responsible for everything from designing leadership and training programs to planning events, managing budgets, and creating enablement content that helps partners scale successfully.

  • 5+ years of multidisciplinary experience in enablement, performance, or partner management roles.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal oversight.
  • Experienced in engaging and influencing senior external leaders (up to C-suite).
  • Strong background in program management, event execution, and enablement Impact creation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across global teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, monday, Lessonly, tableau, and other enablement / Performance tech stacks is an advantage.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000-$170,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
