We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager who can lead people, improve performance, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. You'll work closely with station leaders, drivers, customers, and executive leadership to improve service, profitability, employee engagement, and operational consistency.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support multiple operations locations
  • Develop, coach, and hold managers accountable
  • Improve on-time performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance leadership
  • Improve employee engagement, retention, and accountability
  • Establish meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and reporting
  • Participate in budgeting, planning, and operational forecasting
  • Help create a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement
