Leads recruiting and engagement across multiple markets for independent contractor drivers. Responsibilities include coaching a recruiting team, setting sourcing priorities, improving activation and retention, analyzing turnover, managing orientations, resolving driver issues, overseeing recruiting and contractor platforms, coordinating vendors, auditing market practices, and delivering performance reporting. The role requires regular travel, frontline recruiting support, and cross-functional partnership with Operations.

Recruits, screens, orients, activates, and supports independent contractor drivers across multiple markets. Partners with Operations to assess demand, manages candidate communications and documentation, facilitates orientation, configures required systems, and transitions contractors to Operations. Tracks recruiting and retention metrics including show rates, activation, early loss, and 90-day retention to improve driver engagement and workforce capacity.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn; research target accounts, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, and meet pipeline goals. The role includes learning logistics solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and developing toward an Account Executive position through structured training and performance-based advancement.

Manage month-end and year-end close, prepare financial statements, perform reporting and analysis, and own the Accounts Payable process. Support Accounts Receivable and treasury activities, including Positive Pay. Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and AI while collaborating with business leaders and building scalable accounting processes.
