Guardian Dentistry Partners is growing fast, and we’re adding a Regional Operations Manager to support and elevate practices across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. What You’ll Own:

  • Lead and support Practice Managers and teams across multiple sites
  • Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and day-to-day coaching
  • Build team culture, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical partners, and leadership
  • Act as a trusted partner to your region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Prepare to grow—this role is ideal for someone with Director-level ambition

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly to all assigned locations
  • 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site experience required)
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong business acumen—comfortable managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management
  • A confident communicator and people-first leader who builds trust and inspires teams
  • Someone with the desire and potential to grow into a Director-level leader
