Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Create, film, edit, and publish short-form video content; write social copy; manage content calendars; monitor analytics; and maintain social accounts across numerous dental practices. Train local teams, develop scalable content resources, coordinate regional content shoots, organize content libraries, and partner with marketing on campaigns, recruiting, and brand initiatives.

Supports technology operations across dental practices, including PMS conversions, practice onboarding, Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, identity and endpoint management, MSP coordination, system integrations, vendor management, equipment setup, and technology support. Maintains access controls, endpoint protection, MFA, and HIPAA-related security practices while collaborating with operational, financial, clinical, and revenue cycle teams.
