The Operations Director is one of the most influential leadership roles in the organisation. As the senior owner of the regional structure of Operations, he guarantees that the Regional Services team that he manages is providing the several districts that he serves across an entire continent.
This role ensures that all operational units work cohesively, efficiently, and consistently to support high-performance depots and District Managers.

The Operations Director acts as the regional integrator, translating global strategy into consistent execution on the ground while building strong cross-functional bridges across the company and organization on the methods that are executed by his team.
This role requires deep operational expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-country operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Strategic Ownership
Lead the regional performance of all operational functions of the regional/continental hub, ensuring alignment with global operational strategy.
Plan the requirements of operational needs
Build and execute regional roadmaps that improve fleet quality, service levels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Define operational priorities and ensure resource allocation aligns with seasonal demand, fleet volumes, and expansion plans.
Servicing Excellence & Fleet Performance
Oversee regional servicing processes of fleet readiness, safety, quality, and reduced downtime.
Ensure all countries follow standard servicing routines, workflows, and technical protocols.
Monitor unavailability performance, root causes, and improve repair turnaround through coaching, escalation, and resource planning.
Support the scaling of new technical capabilities (mechanics, RV technicians, bodywork, paint, fibreglass).
Operations Support Leadership
Oversee workforce planning to ensure depots are correctly staffed throughout the year.
Promote onboarding programs, training flows, and knowledge systems are unified, up to date, and effective across the region.
Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of operational documentation and SOPs.
Identify capability gaps and drive region-wide upskilling initiatives.
Support Performance
Secure the region delivers a consistent, high-quality On-Trip experience, with timely support, issue resolution, and claim handling.
Monitor customer pain points and drive corrective action across the cities.
Guarantee On-Trip Support acts as a stabilising partner during peak disruptions and escalation events.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary operational connector between cities and regional teams
Ensure all cross-functional strategies, tools, rollouts, or initiatives support operational needs and enhance execution on-site.
Represent the region in leadership forums and ensure the voice of field operations is consistently visible in central decision-making.
Expansion, In-Fleet & Launch Readiness
Lead the operational setup of new markets or depots in the region, ensuring full readiness across staffing, servicing, processes, and fleet.
Oversee the in-fleet of new vehicles, coordinating with Asset and Servicing to guarantee safe, timely, and cost-effective deployment.
Ensure new teams are hired, onboarded, and trained to operational standards before launch.
Performance Management & KPI Ownership
Own the regional performance across servicing, fleet readiness, unavailability, On-Trip SLAs, staffing, training, and support processes.
Conduct monthly business reviews with District Managers and regional teams.
Ensure performance gaps are identified early and corrective action plans are deployed with urgency.
Quality, Compliance & Operational Consistency
Ensure regional operations comply with legal, safety, and company standards.
Perform regional audits and enforce corrective action plans.
Establish SOP execution across countries and depots.
Experience & Qualifications
8-12+ years in multi-site operational leadership within mobility, rental, fleet, logistics, hospitality, or similar industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience leading regional or country-level operations.
Strong technical and operational understanding of fleet, servicing, support workflows, and customer operations.
Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with KPIs and complex dashboards.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience scaling operations across countries or regions is a strong plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
Driving License (Category B) required.
