Job Title: Regional Operation Manager
Reports to: CEO
Classification Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt
General Description:
As an ABA Regional Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services within a designated region. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of ABA therapy, compliance with regulations, and the achievement of the district’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight:
• Oversee all regional operations and logistics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing ABA therapy services, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state-specific requirements.
• Implement and monitor adherence to company policies and procedures within the region to maintain high standards of practice.
2. Compliance Management:
• Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and legal requirements, and update regional practices accordingly.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with the Compliance and Operations Department to develop and implement compliance strategies and training programs.
• Ensure all documentation, reporting, and record-keeping are conducted in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
3. Team Management:
• Supervise regional staff, including scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Provide case management oversight to ensure quality care for clients.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Department and Office Coordinators to develop and implement policies and procedures.
4. Communication and Liaison:
• Act as a liaison between Regional staff and the Human Resources Department to facilitate effective communication.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars to stay informed about best practices and industry developments.
• Communicate compliance requirements and updates to the regional team to ensure understanding and adherence.
5. Reporting and Financial Management:
• Provide regular reports on regional operations and performance to the CEO.
• Work towards ensuring that financial goals for the region are met (Attach Appendix B detailing the region’s goals, which will be subject to adjustment and review every three months.)
• Report on compliance metrics and any issues or incidents to senior management promptly.
6. Staff Retention and Employee Requisition Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the Recruiter Manager to develop strategies for staff retention and talent acquisition within the region.
• Participate in the employee requisition process by providing input on staffing needs and assisting in the recruitment process as needed.
• Coordinate with the Recruiter Manager to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires into the regional team.
• Support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to staffing and employee management.
7. Compliance Training and Development:
• Facilitate compliance training sessions for regional staff to promote awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Encourage a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the team.
• Identify areas for improvement in compliance practices and work with staff to implement necessary changes.
8. Risk Management:
• Identify potential compliance risks within regional operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Respond promptly to compliance violations or issues, conducting investigations as necessary and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and compliance matters.

Experience:
