The Regional Marketing Specialist serves as the in-region expert for prioritized solutions and markets, translating global marketing strategy into impactful local execution. Acting as the bridge between Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, and shared service teams, this role is responsible for driving regional demand generation activities, sales enablement, customer engagement, and event activations that accelerate business growth across Retail and Banking.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Solution & Market Expertise
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert (SME) for prioritized solutions, customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends.
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) to provide regional insights that shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure global priorities are effectively adapted to local market requirements and opportunities.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback to support campaign planning and product strategy.
Regional Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end planning, localization, and execution of regional marketing campaigns and activations.
- Influence campaign messaging, content development, channel selection, and audience targeting to maximize regional performance.
- Monitor campaign results, identify optimization opportunities, and provide feedback to Global Marketing Strategy and PMM teams.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and opportunity-based marketing initiatives for strategic accounts and priority opportunities.
Sales Partnership & Enablement
- Support Regional Marketing Leads in managing relationships with Sales leadership across Retail and Banking.
- Identify sales enablement requirements and coordinate the creation, localization, and maintenance of collateral, tools, and customer-facing assets.
- Drive alignment between marketing activities and regional business objectives and pipeline priorities.
Customer Engagement & Experience Centers
- Lead regional event, trade show, and Customer Experience Center (CEC) activation strategies.
- Coordinate planning, content development, customer journeys, nurture programs, and follow-up activities for customer engagements.
- Act as the regional solution lead for customer-facing experiences, ensuring consistency of messaging and business impact.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage day-to-day collaboration with Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Media Strategy, agencies, and external vendors to enable successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate regional asset production and ensure timely delivery against business priorities.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure effective execution.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Specialists across geographies to share best practices, insights, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to campaign performance reviews and regional marketing effectiveness initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, execution models, and market activation strategies.
