Locus Robotics is seeking a hands-on, well-rounded Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact marketing initiatives across the EMEA region and directly support our strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident engaging with cross-functional teams, partners, and external vendors.

This position is open to candidates located in the England and offers remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute Locus Robotics’ strategic go-to-market initiatives across EMEA.
  • Define clear KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize demand generation efforts.
  • Regularly present results, progress updates, and growth recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, implementing strong lead and opportunity management processes.
  • Create and deliver marketing assets that support sales enablement and accelerate the buyer’s journey.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve marketing tactics for greater impact.
  • Collaborate with key partners to design and execute joint marketing strategies aimed at increasing shared revenue.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers to strengthen brand presence and awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing or a related function.
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing campaigns and initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering measurable business results.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with sales teams and global marketing counterparts.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce and SalesLoft (or similar).
  • Experience working in an international environment preferred.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or robotics is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
