Own engineering change control, PLM administration, configuration management, and product data governance for complex robotic products. Administer workflows, access, lifecycle states, BOMs, revisions, and engineering releases; coordinate Change Control Board activities; monitor process metrics; and support PLM, ERP, Jira, and related system integrations. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, product, service, and IT teams to assess change impacts, improve processes, maintain data integrity, and implement system enhancements.

Lead the software roadmap and productization of NeuraGrasp robotic grasping technology. Architect and develop production software in Python and/or C++, integrate software with robotic hardware and perception systems, and lead testing, deployment, monitoring, and field activities. Manage and mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives, establish engineering standards, develop performance and experimentation tooling, and use operational data to improve robotic system reliability and performance.

Onsite owner of a customer robotics fleet: monitor system health, troubleshoot and repair robots, optimize workflows to meet KPIs, analyze operational data, support product validation, and liaise between customer and internal teams.

Serve as the onsite owner of an autonomous robot fleet at a customer site: monitor system health, troubleshoot hardware/software, optimize workflows, analyze operational metrics, support validation and product feedback, and act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams to maximize uptime and throughput.

Serve as the onsite owner of a Locus robotic fleet: monitor system health and workflows, troubleshoot and repair robots, optimize throughput and KPIs, run tests and validations, analyze operational data for improvements, liaise between customer and internal teams, and develop SOPs and playbooks.

Lead sales growth across the DACH region by executing territory strategy, building pipeline, managing complex enterprise deals and pilots, collaborating with partners and internal teams, delivering forecasts with structured methodologies, and providing market intelligence to drive multi-site RaaS deployments and revenue expansion.
