  • Develop the NXP Power and Energy vertical, primarily in India but covering the South Asia region, working effectively in multiple segments such as eMetering, ESS, Renewable Energy, Smart Grid, Inverters and AC/DC power applications.
  • Develop Power and Energy horizontal competency across NXP portfolio to support the regional sales team and work together corporate product and application teams
  • Build alliances with regional partners in the target region active on all sub-segments of the value chain (Distribution, OEM, ODM, EBS, SW houses, incubators, governments)

    • Achieve Design Win targets

    • Manage relationships with strategic stakeholders such as public authorities
    • Explore business opportunity for NXP in new business domains and system solutions
    • Provide intelligence and proposals to other colleagues including sales management
    • Make presentations at selected public events
    • Conduct regular market intelligence
    • Work with distribution to drive Rest of Market business
    • Grow NXP’s Power and Smart Energy (including Electrification and Sustainability) business

Personal profile

  • Qualification: Engineering or Business Degree required
  • Strong, confident and clear communication skills. 
  • Ability to deal with different personalities (also push back on things that need attention).
  • High dependability, be there to support the business, service mindset.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure environment and accepts absolute personal responsibility to deliver what is expected.
  • 5+ years’ relevant working experience
  • Familiar with security & connectivity, IoT market or smart industry.
  • Business oriented and end to end entrepreneurial thinking
  • Acting remotely for most of the time, independent and self-motivated
  • Being agile & organized
  • Self-confident appearance and behavior
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, to be flexible, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
