Job Purpose
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Great Minds marketing team to support a wide range of projects related to Design, Digital Marketing or Regional Marketing, as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Depending on the area of focus, duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage a robust database of contacts across multiple platforms.
- Create analytics reports to show upper management the progress and/or success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and distribute a variety of written materials, including internal communications, collateral, and email campaigns.
- Create website landing pages, forms, and other materials within the Marketing CRM.
- Manage projects across cross-functional roles on the marketing team.
- Assist design group with photo library and organization.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to support the team.
- Provide other administrative support to the marketing team when needed
Job requirements
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills (writing sample may be requested)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of the following: Photoshop, Google Analytics, Salesforce and/or HubSpot
- Familiarity with education industry

The expected base salary range for this position is $20.50-$21.50, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
