About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator to help bring our marketing strategies to life at the community level across South Western Ontario.
This role serves as the local extension of our centralized marketing team, ensuring every community receives consistent, strategic marketing support while bringing local market insights back to the organization. You will support multiple properties within an assigned region through content creation, community partnerships, local marketing initiatives, and on-site campaign execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being in the field, and creating meaningful marketing experiences within the communities they support.
The successful candidate will balance hands-on local execution with strong coordination, using property needs, resident/prospect insights, and local market activity to help strengthen brand awareness and support leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute local marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, community partners, and organizations.
- Capture engaging content including photography, video, and community stories.
- Support property marketing campaigns, resident events, and community activations.
- Partner with Leasing and Property Teams to identify local marketing opportunities.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for your assigned region.
- Ensure local marketing activities align with brand standards and organizational objectives.
- Support local marketing plans that align with property priorities, leasing goals, campaign calendars, and regional business needs.
- Coordinate grassroots outreach, local partnerships, sponsorships, and referral opportunities that build awareness within assigned communities.
- Support event planning and on-site execution for resident, prospect, community, and partnership initiatives, including coordination of materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Gather local market insights, competitor activity, community trends, and property feedback to help inform marketing recommendations.
- Create and submit clear requests, briefs, recaps, and updates to centralized Brand, Growth, Property Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Track and share results from local marketing activities, including event participation, engagement, lead-generation support, campaign learnings, and content performance where applicable.
- Maintain organized regional marketing assets, including photos, videos, local partner details, event materials, campaign files, and approved brand resources.
- Support accurate and consistent community messaging across local channels, property materials, digital listings, and campaign touchpoints.

What You Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, events, or communications
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, event management, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or community initiatives
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating events, local partnerships, grassroots marketing, community outreach, or field marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable capturing photo and short-form video content using a mobile device or basic content equipment.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Office, or similar marketing and coordination platforms is an asset.
- Ability to gather local insights, summarize results, and turn observations into practical recommendations.
- Strong attention to brand standards, accessibility, inclusive language, and clear written communication.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Bonus: Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, retail, or community-based organizations
- A portfolio, work samples, or examples of content, event recaps, community campaigns, or local marketing initiatives would be considered an asset

Additional Information

The approximate salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, education, professional designations, internal equity, and job-related requirements. We welcome candidates at all stages of their career and value the diverse experiences and contributions everyone brings to CLV Group.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in our office 5 days per week, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues, learn from experienced professionals and contribute within an engaging, high-performing team environment. Occasional travel within Canada is required.
