- Market & Strategy Development
- Assess industry trends and customers’ needs to shape regional marketing strategy for Industrial Elastomers.
- Build and execute segment-specific growth plans, with emphasis on energy and electric power industry.
- Identify and evaluate new applications and industries where silicone elastomers deliver a competitive advantage.
- Business Development & Growth
- Introduce and commercialize new products, creating Launch Packages including value propositions, sales forecasts, and growth plans.
- Build and maintain a robust Growth Pipeline that supports Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and long-term revenue expansion.
- Lead and execute Annual Growth Programs tied to financial commitments and New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Financial & Operational Delivery
- Achieve market revenue, contribution margin, and EBITDA targets for AOP and growth programs.
- Drive earned growth through successful business closures and long-term account penetration.

Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Materials and Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
- Strong understanding of elastomers, polymer chemistry, or advanced materials and their applications in industrial or electric power markets.
- Familiarity with market analysis, commercial strategy, and product lifecycle management.
Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales in energy/electric power
- Deep understanding of China’s Power market, Policies, grid structure and industry landscape
- Solid professional knowledge and network in power, energy industry
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, new product launches, and market expansion.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
- Track record of customer engagement, account management, or hybrid commercial roles with technical products.
