Financial and Performance Management
Responsible for driving effective performance management for the Longhaul WCSA trades.
Timely identify and correct derailed performance for critical areas through action-oriented framework.
Drive appropriate use of financial models for decision making process, detail analysis in services and performance/profitability
Accountable for delivery and follow up of financials (Budget, Monthly and FY process), variance analysis and target setting jointly with Head of Trade.
Partnering
Identifying new creative ways to add value to the organization challenging the status quo.
Drive smooth financial interaction between ROM, Region, Areas and relevant Center functions.
Lobbies behind the scenes to build support for ideas and request the involvement of others to build ownership and buy-in.
Analyse the wider business and political implications when making decisions, including the effectiveness of the outcome .
Impacts decisions through presenting the right set of financials .
Can be a substitute for leaders to drive business review meetings.
Drive business engagement in volume and profitability
Analyse over performing and underperforming services and corridors
Process
Engage with Head of WCSA trades to drive relevant cost/customer initiatives, dig into the service profitability to drive decision making
Engage with CEN FIN Network Product for WCSA trades on forecasting and highlighting opportunities and risks on financials
Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (FP&A, Accounting or Finance Business Partnering)
Language: Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
