Job Description
The Regional Marcom Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of outbound marketing programs and campaigns for Agilent Technologies products and market segments. This individual is responsible for project management of all related projects, including analyzing and estimating the project cost, engaging with internal stakeholders, external agencies, quality, and schedule. The Regional Marcom Specialist interfaces, collaborates, and is a critical member of a Regional Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate has experience working for a large global organization, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, is a strong team player, and has a minimum of 5-7 years of marketing, branding and marketing communications and event management experience.
The successful candidate is required to work from a local Agilent office with the ability to travel on an as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional Marketing Program Managers and Regional Marcom Specialists providing regional input regarding campaign strategy and design.
- Work with Regional Marketing Program Managers and regional Marcom Specialists to identify, develop and implement an effective campaign design to meet regional marcom key performance indicators.
- Manages the development and delivery of all campaign elements such as eDM, landing pages, multi-media, media, web pages, key sales collateral (brochures, flyer), tradeshows, face-to-face events, and campaign announcements.
- Ensure all English and Localized campaign deliverables are executed on time, budget and quality.
- Ensures campaign deliverables meet Agilent brand standards and comply to approval/quality assurance reviews prior to release.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Marketing Teams.
- Provide key marcom metrics and insights in partnership with Regional Marketing Program Managers during quarterly marketing planning/review meetings with PLs/Segments and regions to ensure strategic and regional goals are met.
- Provide monthly and quarterly metrics and analytics regarding campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders such as Product and Segment Marketing, Regional Marketing Program teams, Regional Sales and external partners to facilitate quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Archive projects and documents in Agilent databases and content management systems.
- Required to manage marketing budget assigned for each tactic in the respective country.
- Managing Purchase requisition for the respective country and ensure booking of the invoice as per the defined guidelines.
- Required to support country Event management i.e. Dummy instrument management, local marketing material stocks, local event logistics.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree.
- 5-7 years of regional marketing and/or marketing communications experience.
- Experience managing multiple external partnerships across time zones.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects that are deadline oriented, handle interruptions, and to be flexible with changing tasks.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience and the ability to work as part of a virtual Regional Team and organization.
- Ability to identify creative solutions for complex issues.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Computer literate and fluent in utilization of Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems and other enterprise solutions.
- Experience in working with software/platforms such as QuickBase, SAP CRM, ASANA, Eloqua, would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Ability to give clear, concise and constructive feedback to both internal and external resources.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
