What You’ll Do
Under the direction of the Vice President/Senior Regional Manager, the Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for all phases of operating the properties in their portfolio, including but not limited to the general administration and maintenance; to direct and supervise all personnel and resources to achieve the fiscal goals of the Company while maintaining the property in good physical condition.
Your day-to-day may include:
· Implement, monitor & ensure adherence to property operating and renovation budgets for each community within management portfolio.
· Analyze, create and re-project appropriate operating and capital budgets for each property within portfolio.
· Review, monitor and evaluate monthly operating statements for corrections prior to closing books for each community within your portfolio and prepare monthly variance and operating summaries.
· Implement, monitor, and evaluate standards for unit turns, service requests, grounds and other maintenance-related responsibilities at each community within management portfolio.
· Implement, monitor & ensure proper, timely and accurate record keeping (e.g., lease files, vendor files, invoices, replacement schedules, payroll, move-out dispositions, bank deposits, etc.) on each community within management portfolio.
· Provide training, teaching, counseling and support to employees in order to promote focus, dedication and resolution of company priorities and objectives.
· Directly supervise the property managers at each property within management portfolio, as well as indirectly supervise office and maintenance employees at the same properties.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Multifamily property management experience is a must.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- BA or BS preferred; proven industry experience will replace.
- CPM and applicable State Brokers License preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven collaboration within a team.
- Inspiring leadership skills that spark team member engagement and performance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skill level with MS Excel.
- Intermediate skill level with MS Word.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.
- Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Yardi PMS proficiency.
- CRM (RentCafe preferred) knowledge.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000 – $130,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
