Managing and supporting an average of 20 stores at the same time is no easy task. You will be responsible for coaching store managers on workforce planning, productivity, sales performance, and profit margins, a full-time role in itself. But we expect more.

What are we looking for in our new Regional Manager?
- The region covers a part of Belgium and Luxembourg, so ideally you are based in the Brussels, Flemish Brabant, or Limburg area.
- Willingness to travel within our BeNeFrux organization.
- Proven experience in a commercial environment, retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Several years of management experience in a similar role.
- A natural focus on delivering excellent service, leading by example for Store Managers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English is a strong advantage.
