People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development. | Capacity Planning: Continuously plan the execution of team duties against plan and service level requirements. | Operational excellence: Supervise and support the execution of priorities by team against service level agreements and customer outcomes. | Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards. | Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting. FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) Experience As Per the FAIS Act Product Specific Training once Onboarded Class Of Business Training Continuous Professional Development Attest To Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
