Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary and experienced National Head – Manufacturing to join our Enterprise Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing Vertical at a national level, driving strategic growth through digital transformation initiatives for large corporate and government manufacturing clients.

You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Accounts, managing a high-performing team of business development managers and solution architects to position Iron Mountain as a trusted partner in the Industry 4.0 journey.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Develop and execute a comprehensive national strategy for the Manufacturing vertical, driving revenue through new client acquisitions and the expansion of enterprise solutions within Tier-1 and Tier-2 organizations.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver customized services that address the evolving supply chain and operational needs of the manufacturing sector.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards while mentoring and growing a national sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with vertical-specific performance targets.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
  • 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing sector sales, with a deep focus on enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and the Internet of Things (IoT).

  • Proven ability in strategic leadership and stakeholder management, with a track record of building relationships at the executive level across Automotive, Engineering, and Industrial sectors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
