About the Role
LexisNexis is seeking a Regional Legal Operations Lead to drive the execution of the Legal Operations model across North America. This role focuses on delivering global initiatives within the region while ensuring alignment with local business needs. You will collaborate across teams to improve processes, implement technology, and deliver measurable operational outcomes through expertise and influence.
Responsibilities
Execute the Legal Operations roadmap across North America, aligning global priorities with regional needs
Act as a subject-matter expert on legal operations processes, service delivery models, and legal technology
Design and implement systems, processes, and workflows including intake, triage, and matter management
Lead the rollout and adoption of legal technology tools such as CLM, e-billing, workflow, and reporting solutions
Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
Support continuous improvement of service delivery models and operational frameworks
Collaborate across a matrixed environment to influence stakeholders and drive execution
Bridge global Legal Operations strategy with regional delivery and feedback
Requirements
Experience in Legal Operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field with a focus on implementation and delivery
Strong program execution and project management capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into outcomes
Experience driving adoption, change, and operational improvement through collaboration and expertise
Experience in a technology, information services, software, data, analytics, AI, or SaaS environment
Familiarity with commercial legal workflows and related operational areas such as privacy, compliance, or risk management
Hands-on experience with legal operations platforms including CLM, e-billing, matter management, workflow automation, reporting, and AI tools

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York, the base pay range is $126,900 - $211,500.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $138,400 - $230,700.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,300.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $109,500 - $182,700.
