What You'll Do
-You need to drive the implementation of output standards across Asia-Pacific Tire Manufacturing to improve the competitive position of the factories. Tools include traditional industrial engineering methodologies & Lean.
-You are responsible to define and execute with the plant teams, strategies that establish & monitor efficient labor utilization models for optimum levels of productivity, output & cost management for manufacturing facilities.
-You are also responsible & accountable for plant efficiency & efficiency related to cost indicators. Identify & drive Industrial Engineering methods that deliver defined results supporting the AOP.
-You are request to develop & drive the coordinated linkages between the business & manufacturing. Educate leadership at the regional & factory level in Industrial Engineering methodologies.
-You need to develop studies on Growth & Capabilities projects, delivering Project Scope, OOM, Budgets estimates, such as other deliverables for Gates review.
-You also need to share best practices and replicate across the plants.
What We're Looking For
-You with Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, or other engineering, IT field.
-You show strong Analytical(data analysis and influence) and problem- solving skills.
-You with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Chinese and English.
-You have Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment.
-You are Knowledge in Operational Excellence, Plant Optimization and Zero Loss.
-You with Ability to use appropriate computer-based technology. e.g. Power BI/ Tableau.
-You are a Quick-learner, with Leadership skill and show resilience.
What Will Set You Apart
-You participanted light house plant certification - prefer.
-You are able to do Executive level presentation- prefer.
