Le Responsable régional du développement pilote la stratégie de croissance des bureaux régionaux, en lien direct avec le responsable national et le comité de direction étendu. Ce rôle implique la définition et la mise en œuvre de plans d’actions sur les segments des particuliers, des indépendants et des PME gérées en local.
Principales missions :
- Définir et appliquer la stratégie commerciale des bureaux régionaux pour les particuliers, les indépendants et les PME.
- Responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux des bureaux.
- Gère et développe personnellement un portefeuille de « key accounts »
- Collaborer avec le responsable du développement des grandes entreprises afin d’assurer la cohérence et la complémentarité des actions sur tous les segments.
- Encadrer et accompagner les account managers des bureaux : fixation des objectifs, suivi des résultats, accompagnement sur le terrain, développement des compétences.
- Élaborer et coordonner des actions marketing et commerciales locales visant à optimiser les portefeuilles existants et à renforcer la présence sur le marché régional.
- Mettre en place des partenariats de courtage avec des courtiers locaux pour développer de nouvelles opportunités dans le segment des entreprises.
- Identifier et cibler courtiers locaux à acquérir pour accroître notre part de marché régionale.
- Assurer une bonne collaboration avec les responsables nationaux « claims », « production » et marketing ainsi qu’avec les responsables « production » et « claims » locaux.
Le profil recherché doit démontrer une capacité à fédérer les équipes, à analyser les enjeux locaux et à imaginer des solutions innovantes pour dynamiser l’activité commerciale des bureaux régionaux.
Il rapporte au Head of Business Development et est membre du comité de direction étendu.
