HilltopSecurities is looking to hire a Regional Growth Advisor. The Regional Growth Advisor will lead strategic initiatives to expand the financial advisory footprint in the Central/Northern California regions and will work in the firm’s Roseville Branch office. This role is responsible for driving growth in client acquisition, assets under management, and revenue by identifying market opportunities, recruiting, and developing financial advisors, and fostering high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key leader within the region, representing the firm’s brand and values.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities to grow the firm’s presence.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and client demographics to inform expansion efforts.
  • Source, recruit, and onboard high-potential financial advisors.
  • Support advisor development through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among advisors.
  • Collaborate with advisors to develop business plans that align with growth objectives
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years' experience in the financial or brokerage industry, preferably on the retail side.
  • Qualified candidates will possess extensive knowledge of broker recruitment & retention, branch operations, procedures, and systems.
  • Must possess knowledge of applicable industry regulations and practices; strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills; proven leadership skills; the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • High school graduate or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Series 7, 63 and 65 licensing is preferred but not required.
  • Must possess a solid understanding of compliance surveillance issues and regulatory issues.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Skills Required
