Provides 24-hour concierge banking services to elite personal and business clients, including account management, wire transfers, foreign currency, debit card support, fraud assistance, cash services, and notarization. Supports Lending Officers, develops new business, cultivates client relationships, cross-sells banking products, coordinates with internal teams, and prepares management reports.

Plan, organize, and execute IT audit engagements across applications, infrastructure, and SOX controls. Assess IT internal controls, prepare audit programs and workpapers, communicate findings, track remediation, advise business partners on controls and process improvements, and support external auditors. Collaborate with IT, internal audit teams, and management.

Lead and manage complex onboarding for high-touch Treasury Management clients: create customized plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, handle technical configurations and testing, train clients, ensure compliance, resolve escalations, and improve onboarding processes to meet go-live timelines and SLA commitments.

Provide day-to-day operational support for deposit products (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs, online banking). Process account actions (transfers, refunds, closures), reconcile ledger discrepancies, review ATM deposits and returned mail, manage account documentation, and ensure compliance with CIP and internal controls while supporting frontline staff and resolving deposit-related issues.

Independently evaluate financial condition and creditworthiness of complex commercial clients through advanced financial statement and projection analysis, collateral and guarantor review, industry research, and written credit presentations. Advise relationship managers, attend committee meetings, perform appraisal and inspection reviews, and mentor junior analysts to mitigate portfolio risk.

Underwrite and analyze commercial credit requests by reviewing financial statements, collateral, guarantor positions, and industry data; prepare written analyses, present to loan committee, assist in closings, monitor loans and perform appraisal reviews.

Administer bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for an assigned group: process timekeeping, pay changes, terminations, garnishments, and manual checks; reconcile accruals; generate reports; audit records; maintain process documentation; support payroll controls and ensure compliance with federal and state wage laws.

Lead and grow a branch sales team of loan officers by recruiting, training, and implementing sales strategies. Ensure loans are saleable and deliverable per agency and company guidelines, develop builder/broker relationships, monitor market pricing, and maintain professional and regulatory standards while supporting branch operations.

Provide executive-level administrative support to Public Finance leaders: schedule meetings and travel, manage correspondence and information flow, process invoices/expenses, maintain records and databases, prepare presentations, record minutes, assist with client and legal documents, and handle office operations and special projects.

Provide compliance support for Public Finance, Capital Markets and Commodities. Conduct surveillance, on-site branch and home office compliance inspections, regulatory responses and audits, review advertising and electronic communications, maintain WSPs and policies, and resolve regulatory or supervisory issues as assigned.

Provide attorneys with legal support: research cases, summarize facts, draft and file legal documents (contracts, pleadings, wills), organize and archive case files, track legal changes, analyze data, maintain records, and perform related operational tasks.

Lead and grow a branch sales team of loan officers to ensure quality residential mortgage production. Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff; develop sales strategies, manage pricing competitiveness, and maintain lender delivery standards. Build broker/builder relationships, collaborate with regional/corporate teams, and represent the company in the community.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs (merit, annual incentive, long-term incentives). Manage compensation team, conduct market analysis, maintain pay structures, provide guidance to HR leaders, prepare modeling/forecasting and reporting, oversee RSU award administration, ensure legal compliance, and support audits and compensation-related projects.

Manage secure lifecycle of loan documents: receive, log, index, scan, store, retrieve, audit, reconcile, and process releases. Support audits, collaborate with loan servicing, and maintain documentation integrity and confidentiality.

Administer complex trust and investment agency accounts per governing documents and regulations; support business development, monitor account cash and portfolios, provide proactive client service, maintain regulatory knowledge, and perform related duties.

Create, implement, and continually review comprehensive financial plans; advise clients on investment strategies and tax/exposure considerations; execute transactions per policy; develop business to attract and acquire clients; support an advisory team and deliver high-quality client service to build loyalty.

Designs, develops, and implements enterprise learning programs—with primary focus on AI enablement—partners with stakeholders to close capability gaps, manages LMS administration, measures training effectiveness, and delivers in-person and virtual facilitation.

Lead enterprise and department HR strategy, oversee culture and people programs, manage HR and L&D teams, drive LMS and AI adoption in training, provide HRBP support to corporate shared services, manage employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and advise the CHRO and senior leaders on talent management and workforce planning.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform/Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes. Support Windows/Linux systems, monitoring and observability, incident response, and on-call rotation. Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments, troubleshoot reliability issues, document processes, and report system health.
