Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with local banks and other financial institutions to support operational and treasury activities.
  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional finance teams, including Finance Shared Services Centar, Invoicing, Collections, and Treasury.
  • Oversee tax compliance by reviewing and ensuring timely filing and payment of all tax obligations.
  • Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Centar and the Treasury team to coordinate accurate and timely tax payments.
  • Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis on budgets vs actuals, as well as reconciliation of key financial accounts and reports.
  • Support payroll processes, including validation, reconciliation, and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Assist in mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to Senior Financial Analysts and Finance Assistants.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks and special assignments as delegated by the Team Lead.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bacheller degree in Business or Economics
  • Experience: Prior experience in finance or accounting 3+ years
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial records. 
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with general ledger accounts and accounting procedures. 
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with other departments. 
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and analyze discrepancies and variances. 
  • Language: English full proficiency.
