The Regional Executive Assistant provides support and assistance to regional managers, district managers and stores, including office support and establishing priorities and responsibilities. Provides limited support to store managers, Training, Sales, Loss Prevention, Human Resources personnel and divisional vice presidents. Works closely with all field management members and in liaison with the corporate office to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. Fields customer satisfaction calls for stores from external customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Supports regional managers by providing administrative and compliance assistance.
Supports district managers with administrative tasks, reporting and compliance, expense reimbursement, payroll approval.
Assist stores as needed, provide monthly newsletter, CAD fliers, etc.
Handle incoming customer satisfaction calls, sales projections, goal setting
HR, Training, Risk, LP, vehicle fleet and office maintenance
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
Must be a self-starter and be able to effectively work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service, people and phone skills, and relationship-building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, general knowledge of PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent attitude, attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
