Description of role:

Regional Examination Coordinator, support exam team in managing examination operations in the region [Coordination, scheduling, resource allocation, logistics].

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam materials/samples/equipment.
  • Exam Focal point for TWI MENA.
  • Final exam pack review and send the exam pack to TWI UK for marking.
  • Result notice and certificate enquiries
  • Main point of contact for Certificates received from UK & dispatch to candidates
  • Stationery control for Exam Department.
  • Assisting for Inquiry – Walk-in, Emails & Telephone calls.
  • Student documents’ verification and upload in the electronic database.
  • Back-up for preparing & sending exam materials to exam locations.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the company
  • Providing support to invigilator
  • Assist in Handling/maintaining an up-to-date list of material/equipment Inventory
  • Any other task/responsibility given by the management.
