Description of role:
Regional Examination Coordinator, support exam team in managing examination operations in the region [Coordination, scheduling, resource allocation, logistics].
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare exam materials/samples/equipment.
- Exam Focal point for TWI MENA.
- Final exam pack review and send the exam pack to TWI UK for marking.
- Result notice and certificate enquiries
- Main point of contact for Certificates received from UK & dispatch to candidates
- Stationery control for Exam Department.
- Assisting for Inquiry – Walk-in, Emails & Telephone calls.
- Student documents’ verification and upload in the electronic database.
- Back-up for preparing & sending exam materials to exam locations.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the company
- Providing support to invigilator
- Assist in Handling/maintaining an up-to-date list of material/equipment Inventory
- Any other task/responsibility given by the management.
