Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The Regional Enrollment Leader will work alongside RM’s traditional group sales force and client management teams to ensure the effective development and execution of strategies designed to maximize market and client-level enrollment results.
In addition to maximizing new business enrollment results, he/she will proactively identify and drive the re-enrollment process for under-penetrated existing clients within our in-force block of business.
Additionally, he/she will provide ongoing field office training, consultative broker support and will participate in finalist presentations as a subject matter expert to our field sales team. Success (and variable compensation) will be measured based upon the attainment of applicable enrollment and growth goals for his/her assigned territories.
Enrollment Strategy

Set regional strategy for enrollment and supporting capabilities to provide best customer experience and to maximize growth.

Responsible for new business participation % and reenrollment sales goal for their assigned region

Ensure appropriate benefits communications are leveraged during pre-enrollment, enrollment and post-enrollment to help raise awareness via messaging around RM’s voluntary benefits

Leverage technology including decision support to provide benefits advice to employees at the right time so that they can make the best benefit decisions by life stage and eligibility status

Monitor enrollment campaign / activities and conduct post enrollment analysis to determine how to improve participation in Reliance voluntary coverages and enrollment effectiveness

Know and understand external market trends and partnerships including enrollment firm and ben admin capabilities.

Lead the enrollment process for business sold within assigned territory, including but not limited to:

Assume ownership of RM’s regional voluntary enrollment process for assigned territories, including client level strategies.

Work in conjunction with the Enrollment Solutions Manager and other internal partners to source anything needed such as customized marketing materials or third-party enroller allocation

Understand budget implications including overall economics of a case

Provide support for client implementation, in coordination with the designated account management resource.
Sales Support

Participate in finalist presentations to leverage RM’s enrollment strategies and support, in coordination with the RM sales team as required.

Case level training (product, case level issue and case level behavior) of enrollers when deployed

Provide voluntary plan enrollment training to sales team and service staff in assigned territories.

Maintain an ongoing market awareness of local/regional buying preferences and competitor capabilities.

Perform ongoing home office advocacy regarding market-specific differentiation opportunities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and /or Communications is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of directly related experience is required.

Superior organizational, multi-tasking, influencing and presentation skills are required.

Strong written and superior oral communication skills required.

Ability to demonstrate internal diplomacy/influencing skills with sales, service and internal cross-functional areas including underwriting, claims and administration.

Professional business demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial capacity with minimal supervision are required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in an autonomous manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to master applicable systems and processes.

Ability to manage process flows.
Ability to Travel: Up to 25%
The expected hiring range for this position is $85,500.00 - $114,140.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Greenwood Village, CO). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
