Position Purpose
A hands-on, execution-focused leader responsible for driving world-class manufacturing performance across the Americas region, covering 1,000+ employees in four plants (Milford, DE; Dayton, TN; Monterrey, MX; Madera, CA).
This role is accountable for building GREAT factories—delivering safety, quality, delivery, and cost results with relentless urgency, operational discipline, and employee engagement. The leader sets the tone for performance, ensuring each plant executes daily to meet throughput targets and sustains a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive a Culture of Urgent, Disciplined Execution
- Establish clear expectations for daily, weekly, and monthly performance with strict accountability to throughput, schedule attainment, and operational metrics.
- Lead with urgency—closing gaps in real time and ensuring issues are addressed immediately, not deferred.
- Build and Sustain GREAT Factories
- Create high-performance environments defined by strong leadership, engaged employees, visual management, and standard work discipline.
- Routinely assess plant maturity and take decisive action to elevate underperforming operations.
- Deliver Throughput and Operational Targets
- Ensure each facility reliably meets or exceeds production output, on-time delivery, and cost commitments.
- Remove bottlenecks, improve flow, and drive productivity with a hands-on, results-first approach.
- Lead Plant Managers with High Expectations
- Hold plant leadership fully accountable for performance while actively coaching and developing them.
- Instill a no-excuses mindset with clear ownership of results at every level.
- Elevate Employee Engagement and Accountability
- Build a culture where frontline teams are aligned, motivated, and actively contributing to improvement.

- Ensure consistency in how work is planned, executed, and measured across all facilities.

- Cross-border leadership experience (U.S. and Mexico strongly preferred).
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
- 15+ years in manufacturing operations; 5+ years leading multiple plants.
- Proven success in operations execution, plant performance improvement, and scaling production.
Travel Required up to 50% of the time mostly in the US and Mexico with potential for the occasional trips to Europe and Asia.
BAC Hiring Compensation Range $154,100 to $264,000.
