POSITION SUMMARY

Under general supervision of the Regional Director of Admissions assists in the management of a team of four or more campuses. He or she is responsible for the implementation of student recruitment strategies and the management of resources in order to meet performance expectations; Responsible for generating prospective students for enrollment; Responsible for all phases of the Associate Director of Admissions/Admissions process from marketing the program with students to qualifying them for enrollment; Resolves most complex enrollment questions and problems. This position reports to the Corporate Director of Admissions.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides excellent customer service to students through application and enrollment process.
  • Implements approved enrollment strategies and the management of resources in order to meet performance expectations.
  •  Ensure that campuses are functioning at optimal levels for the company s students to make a difference in the lives of many.
  • Train, develop, coach and mentor Admissions Directors and Representatives on subjects such as admissions, performance management, staff development, compliance and leadership to people capability.
  •  Mentor and coach Directors to foster the skills necessary to support their professional development and career progression by assessing their performance and providing feedback through monthly coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews for direct reports.
  •  Conduct weekly regional team conference calls and training.
  • Work with Campus Directors, Directors of Admissions and Representatives on weekly, monthly and quarterly inquiry development targets and inquiry follow-up.
  • Ensure High School enrollment progress and start STITCH activity objectives are met
  • Ensure that Admissions Directors, Representatives and support staff (e.g. Front Desk and Coordinators) adhere to processes, procedures, and compliance policies through campus visits and weekly conference calls.
  • Ensure that Representative performance evaluations are graded and conducted according company standards; provide guidance on performance and disciplinary action plans as needed.
  • Cascade company initiatives down to the campus and field level.
  •  Review monthly/quarterly/yearly staffing and marketing plans and provide feedback and directives to Directors.
  • Responsible in supporting in the recruitment and training of new admission representatives.
  • Adhere to required daily communication with the Corporate Director of Admissions.
  •  Partner with Divisional Operations to monitor compliance throughout the assigned territory.
  • Attend and successfully complete all training for this position, as required at any time by the company.
  • Performs consistently to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Assists in the development, direction and coordination of representative team activities in accomplishing its collective team goals and objectives.
  • Uses Nexus, Signix, and Velocify to complete and maintain all required documents and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • In conjunction with the Corporate Director of Admissions, ensures that objectives, goals, policies, practices and actions produce desired student recruitment results, consistent with the overall mission and strategic plan for the Admissions Office.
  • Works with Corporate Director of Admissions in the development and execution of both short-term and long-term student recruitment strategy at the campus level to ensure the Company’s growth and profitability objectives and implements approved programs.
  • Responsible for day to day coaching for a team of representatives in order to train and develop them into top performing team members.
  • Conducts team meetings in order to motivate, encourage, and discuss key issues and concern with staff.
  • Adheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Demonstrated skills in facilitating and modeling a strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated Computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with students, staff, faculty, and the public.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have previous experience as a Director of Admissions and multi-unit management.
  • Previous Management experience required.
