Position: Regional Corporate Sales Manager – Manufacturing Channel (Vaccine Division)
Experience: 7 to 10 years of Relevant Experience in handling Key Accounts
Education: Graduate, Post Graduate (MBA would be an added advantage)
Industry: Pharma – Corporate sales – Vaccine preferred from -Sanofi Pasteur

Job description
· We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Professionals to be a part of our corporate sales team.
· You will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities across India – manufacturing units across industries like Pharma, Automobile etc.
· Your exposure to Solution Sales/ Consulting environment or key account management will differentiate you from the rest.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Taking care of the corporate sales with manufacturing companies & business development operations with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth
· The applicants should have a successful sales track record and an ability to spearhead sales by actively engaging clients and cracking tough accounts
· Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame
· Responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth
· Responsible for existing clients retention and relationship
· Evaluate sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in assigned region.
· Developing Adult & Adolescent preventive health strategies through customized & innovative partnership with corporate HR/HCP, which includes customized employee engagement plan.
· Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development in your assigned geography.
· Expand market penetration and plan and execute sales strategy for growth of the business.
· Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business
· Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction
· Takes accountability for completing projects (for which he/she is responsible) on time and conforming to the standards set
· Maintaining and sharing MIS / reporting as per management direction.
· Sales will be the prime focus of this business.
· Ability to work under pressure
Skills & Knowledge:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Your ability to verbally articulate well to professionally to clients will set you above the rest and your personal presentation will compliment your excellent presentation skills.
· Knowledge of Competitors products and range of solution
