We are looking to add a Regional Controller to our growing Thrasher Partners team! Thrasher Partners, alongside Supportworks and Thrasher Group, is comprised of contractors across the U.S. in the foundation and concrete repair space.
As the Regional Controller, you will help to lead the HR and Accounting functions for three different dealers within the Central Region. While overseeing these areas, you will work to provide accuracy and compliance across those areas of the business while driving efficiency and process improvement.

What You Will Do as a Regional Controller:
- Oversee the Central Region's HR and Accounting functions
- Provide accurate, responsive analysis and reporting of financial information
- Focus on driving efficiency and process improvement for the HR and Accounting functions for your region
- Assist in the month-end closing process for the Central Region
- Utilize tools such as improveit360, QuickBooks and payroll processing platforms
What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- CPA is preferred, but not required
- A strong communicator
- The ability to travel 1-2 times per month
