The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Regional Controller (m/f/*) will report directly to the EMEA Controller and will be the key contact for several stakeholders within the Region for all Controllership matters. The role will interface with Regional Leaders, EMEA Finance Leaders and External Finance partners on several topics. As a Regional Controller (m/f/*) South Europe & Poland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supervising the activities of the Country Controllers for South Europe & Poland

• Providing advice, guidance and coaching to the organization reporting to the position

• Serving as a backup for the countries under the direct responsibilities during the period of absence or high workload, providing seamless continuity of financial operations

• Working on various project and support continuous improvement activities to enable us to serve customers more effectively

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• Profound experience with Finance Organization and experience in accounting process

• Leadership experience in managing/coordinating teams

• Ability to build and maintain strong collaboration with different stakeholders at all levels

• Pragmatic, result oriented with strong bias towards executing with speed, agility and quality

• Outstanding integrity, initiative and passion

• Knowledge of SAP environment and Power BI reporting

• Fluent English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in the MedTech Industry

• Knowledge of any EMEA language (other than English)

Travel: May include up to 10% International

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
